2. Scope

This policy applies to personal data processed when you browse this website, communicate with our team and, where applicable, use the Influentree Next platform, applications and features.

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This policy does not cover the practices of third-party services we do not control.

3. Data we may collect

Depending on your relationship with Influentree Next and the services you use, we may process:

• Contact and profile data: first and last name, email address, phone number, job title and company.
• Newsletter subscription data: email address, opt-in choice, confirmation status and technical information used to retain proof of consent.
• Account and usage data: identifiers, preferences, sessions, interactions with features and technical logs.
• Technical data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser, language and time zone.
• Commercial data: subscriptions, orders, purchase history and customer-service communications.
• Payment data: billing information and limited information shared by the payment provider. Influentree Next does not store full payment-card details.
• Social-media data: identifiers, public profile information, content and performance metrics when you voluntarily connect an account.
• Content and media: text, images, videos, files or recordings that you upload or create.
• Inferred data: preferences, interests or approximate segments derived from usage where permitted by law.

Influentree Next does not seek to collect special categories of personal data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR.

4. Sources of data

Data may be collected directly from you when you contact us, subscribe to the newsletter through the Brevo form, make a purchase, communicate with support or import data. It may also come from your use of the services, authorised providers, platforms you choose to connect or public sources where permitted by law.

To the extent necessary for their duties, data may be accessible to:

• authorised INFLUENTREE NEXT teams;
• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) for form hosting, mailing-list management, subscription confirmation and delivery of communications;
• Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited) for secure website hosting and distribution;
• other providers involved in security, support, analytics, billing or payments, including Stripe where that service is used;
• integrated platforms or partners you choose to connect;
• professional advisers, authorities or courts where required by law;
• a buyer or successor as part of a restructuring transaction, subject to applicable safeguards.

INFLUENTREE NEXT does not sell your personal data.

7. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some providers or connected platforms may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, Influentree Next implements the safeguards required by law, including an adequacy decision, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and, where necessary, a transfer risk assessment.

8. Retention periods

Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, then deleted or anonymised:

• account data for the active life of the account, then for the periods required to manage rights and obligations;
• billing records for the periods required by accounting and tax law;
• newsletter and marketing data until consent is withdrawn, subscription is cancelled, an objection is made or the applicable period expires, then only for as long as necessary to demonstrate compliance;
• technical and security logs for a period proportionate to incident prevention and response.

9. Security

Influentree Next applies technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risks, including access controls, encryption of communications where applicable, backups and monitoring. As no system can guarantee absolute security, please protect your credentials and report any suspected incident.

10. Your rights

Under the GDPR and French data-protection law, and subject to applicable conditions, you may:

• access your data and obtain a copy;
• request rectification or erasure;
• request restriction of processing;
• object to certain processing, including direct marketing;
• receive relevant data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing;
• set instructions for the handling of your data after your death.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL).

11. Children

Influentree Next services are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly seek to collect their data. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
